We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be unused, in the condition received, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. To start a return, use our contact form. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send an item back before authorization; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos or video when practical. If we confirm the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy at no additional return-shipping cost to you.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of perishable goods, personalized or custom-made products, personal-care goods that have been opened, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, or items marked final sale. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to request a return and place a new order after the return is approved.

Return shipping

Unless an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us through our contact form.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help before processing begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment.

European Union customers

If an order is shipped into the European Union, applicable law may provide a 14-day cancellation or withdrawal right in addition to this policy.
