Where we ship

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Availability is confirmed at checkout. We do not ship to destinations that are excluded by our carriers, suppliers, or applicable law.

Shipping cost

Free Standard Shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders. Any shipping charge or alternative option, if offered, is shown before you complete checkout.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are generally processed in 1–3 business days. After processing, standard transit is estimated at 7–15 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not guarantees. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs reviews, supplier delays, high-volume periods, or an incorrect address can extend delivery time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout after the carrier accepts the shipment. Tracking may take several business days to update.

Separate packages

We work with multiple fulfillment partners. Items from the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is split into multiple packages.

Address changes

Please check your address before placing an order. Contact us immediately through our contact form if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Customers may be responsible for additional costs caused by an incomplete or incorrect address where permitted by law.

Marked delivered, missing, or delayed packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, check nearby delivery areas and with household members, neighbors, building staff, or the carrier. If it still cannot be located, contact us promptly with your order number. For packages that have not updated for an extended period, contact us so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner.

Damaged or incorrect shipments

Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, through our contact form. Include your order number and clear photos or video when practical. See our Return and Refund Policy for remedies and return details.

Import duties

For any destination where import charges apply, the customer is responsible unless checkout expressly states otherwise. We currently focus on U.S. delivery.
